1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: United States 7-14 business days, Canada 8-15 business days, International 10-20 business days
- Cost: Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.99
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
We currently offer standard shipping only. Delivery times vary by item and destination because GearPickle products are fulfilled through our warehouse partner network rather than shipped directly from a single GearPickle-owned facility.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Business days: Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Track your order at: My Account or use the tracking link in your email.
4. Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items (nets, large equipment)
- APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)
6. Product-Specific Shipping
Paddles, Balls & Accessories
- Processing: 1-2 business days
- Typical delivery: 7-14 business days (US)
Nets & Large Equipment
- Processing: 2-3 business days
- Typical delivery: 10-16 business days (US)
- May require signature upon delivery
Apparel
- Processing: 1-2 business days
- Typical delivery: 7-14 business days (US)
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
8. Free Shipping Promotions
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- Applies to domestic orders only
- Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts
- Calculated before taxes
9. Order Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify delivery address
- Contact us within 48 hours: support@gearpickle.com
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us within 48 hours: support@gearpickle.com
- Do not discard damaged items until instructed
Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check tracking information for updates
- Allow a few extra days for carrier delays
- Contact us if significantly delayed: support@gearpickle.com
10. Address Changes
Before Shipment: Contact us immediately to update your address.
After Shipment: Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
11. Holidays & Peak Seasons
Shipping times may be extended during:
- Major holidays
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday
- Peak pickleball season (spring/summer)
We recommend ordering early during these periods.
12. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. You may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.
13. Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock:
- We'll notify you via email
- Provide estimated restock date
- Offer option to wait or cancel that item
- In-stock items will ship immediately
