1. Our Guarantee
At GearPickle, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
2. Return Window
- Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date
- Extended Holiday Returns: Items purchased between Nov 1 - Dec 25 can be returned until Jan 31
3. Return Eligibility
Items That Can Be Returned:
- Unused paddles in original packaging
- Unopened balls packages
- Unused nets and equipment in original packaging
- Unworn apparel with tags attached
- Unused accessories in original condition
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Opened ball packages (for hygiene reasons)
- Used paddles showing signs of play
- Worn or washed apparel
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom items
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
4. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery:

- Or visit: My Account - Orders
- Provide order number and reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll email you:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping label (for eligible returns)
- Packing instructions
Step 3: Pack & Ship
- Pack item securely in original packaging
- Include RMA number inside package
- Attach return label to outside of box
- Drop off at carrier location
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days

Store Credit
Choose store credit for:
- Instant credit (no waiting for bank processing)
- 10% bonus credit (e.g., $100 refund = $110 store credit)
- No expiration date
6. Return Shipping
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item sent
- Quality issues
Customer-Paid Returns
For standard returns (change of mind):
- $6.99 deducted from refund
- Or use your own shipping (not recommended - no tracking guarantee)
7. Defective or Damaged Items
Report Within 48 Hours
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Take photos of defect/damage
- Email us: onmeevn@gmail.com
- Include order number and photos
Our Response
We'll offer (your choice):
- Full refund (including return shipping)
- Free replacement item
- Store credit with 20% bonus
8. Wrong Item Sent
If we sent the wrong item:
- We'll send correct item immediately (free shipping)
- Provide free return label for wrong item
- Full refund if you prefer not to receive replacement
- Sorry for the inconvenience - enjoy a 10% discount on your next order
9. Exchanges
Size/Color Exchanges
For apparel size or color exchanges:
- Free exchange shipping (both ways)
- Subject to availability
- Must be requested within 30 days
Product Exchanges
To exchange for a different product:
- Return original item for refund
- Place new order for desired item
- Or contact us for special exchange arrangement
10. Refund Amounts
Standard Refund
- Item price
- Original shipping (if item is defective/wrong)
- Less return shipping cost ($6.99 for standard returns)
No Refund for
- Original shipping cost (unless item defective/wrong)
- Gift wrapping fees
- Express shipping upgrades (unless our error)
11. Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned for:
- Store credit to recipient
- Refund to original purchaser (with their authorization)
- Exchange for different item
12. Warranty Claims
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products include manufacturer warranties:
- Paddles: Typically 1-2 years
- Nets: Typically 1-2 years

Filing a Claim

13. Restocking Fees
We do NOT charge restocking fees, except for:
- Large equipment (nets over $300): 15% restocking fee
- Special order items: 20% restocking fee
- Items marked "Final Sale": Not eligible for return

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International return policies may differ if we expand internationally.
